  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a motivated individual to support daily warehouse operations and online platform management. This role includes accounting for sales through the Point-of-Sale system, processing customer orders and refunds, and promptly attending to online inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with roster management to ensure optimal staffing for warehouse operations and planned sales campaigns.

You will guide Associates to continuously enhance service delivery and coordinate various warehouse activities. Key responsibilities include ordering and receiving inventory, managing stock levels and returns, coordinating distribution to retail outlets, and ensuring timely delivery of online orders by liaising with logistics providers. Monitoring sales traffic and collating sales data will also be part of your role.

Requirements:

Fresh Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE N/O/A levels with at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
Proficiency in English to effectively engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
A team player with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and responsive to change.
Physically fit and able to lift at least 5kg, with daily activities involving stock handling, standing, and bending.
