Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand the manpower requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.
Operations Management:
Support day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth flow of processes and systems.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Managing and following up on daily deployment of manpower to client site and activating contingency plan as required.
Maintain accurate records in data entry and track recruitment metrics.
Manage Client requirements as necessary.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with HR and management to support employee development, retention, and satisfaction.
Provide operational insights and data to assist leadership in decision-making.
Contribute to the creation and execution of training programs to improve team performance.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel is a plus.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
