Workday HCM/Time Tracking Analyst
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the driving forces on Agilent's Global HR Digital Team! You will be a key contributor to our Workday HCM team. You will have the opportunity to work with all HR functions (Payroll, Country HR, Business HR, Talent, Staffing, Compensation, Benefits) and IT teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday HCM Analyst and Configurator:
Design, configure, and administer Workday: Agilent has implemented the Workday modules Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Talent, Onboarding, Manager/Employee Self-Service, and Recruiting in 30+ countries; and Time Tracking in the Netherlands with plans to implement in other European countries
Extensive Workday Core HCM experience is a must, including configuration, test case creation and test execution. Workday Security experience preferred
The successful candidate will have an extensive experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence, preferred to have implementation experience for projects in European countries (e.g. UK, France, Switzerland, Germany)
Rotational production support responsibilities for HCM modules, with emphasis on Workday Time Tracking and Absence in the Netherlands and other countries as they are rolled out
Partner with relevant HR functional team owners to propose improvements, understand new requirements, perform analysis, design, configuration, testing and production implementation
Workday release analysis and testing. Partner closely with functional owner(s) to identify new features and improve employee experience
Create user documentation, process documentation and training materials
Develop deep understanding of complex global data and interdependencies, including those with reporting and downstream integrations
Project Management for small to medium projects
Experience partnering with cross-functional organizations
Release management testing, implementation, and process adherence

Qualifications
University degree (Bachelor or Master), or equivalent experience. A degree in a HR or IT discipline is preferred
8+ years of relevant experience, including project management using industry standard project management tools and techniques in a global environment
Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday modules
Deep understanding of Workday Time Tracking and Absence module with experience with European countries is preferred
Excellent understanding of HR business practices and how they relate to and are incorporated into HCM systems
Active in Workday community, ability to collaborate and identify opportunities to fully utilize Workday capabilities
Expertise in creating test plans and testing
Demonstrated experience handling sensitive employee data (data privacy) and confidential materials
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong analytical skills
Workday reporting and analytics a plus
Fluent in English

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least February 7, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $109,600.00 - $205,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
