Twobakeboys is a dessert café known for our signature Thai-inspired crepe cakes and adorable fondant creations. We take pride in crafting high-quality, visually stunning, and delicious treats that bring joy to our customers.
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Baker to join our team and help create the best cakes, crepe cakes and cookies using artisanal techniques and premium ingredients. If you have a passion for baking, an eye for detail, and love working in a fun, creative environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily baking and production of cakes, crepes, and festives cookies
Prepare and measure ingredients with accuracy
Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and presentation
Follow recipes while also contributing new creative ideas
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
️ 5+ years of experience as a baker, pastry chef, or similar role
️ Strong attention to detail in measurement, mixing, and decoration
️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
️ Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques
️ Team player with a positive attitude
️ Experience in cake decoration or fondant work is a plus!
