  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job
Responsibilities:

You
will be part of AGD’s Finance Transformation Team to liaise with the System
Security team, and work closely with Finance functional teams to understand
system usage, configurations and access. Your responsibilities include:


Support the audit log review
for Central system users and Vendors
Assist to monitor settlement
run statuses including check for rejected payments and liaise with
agencies to perform the necessary actions
Assist with migration of
documents into Service Now knowledge management
Assist to migrating
brainstorms into the new Workday Ideation hub
Assist with updating the
system setups and creation of new budget plans per agency for financial
year-end

Diploma

Functional/Technical Competencies

•
Background in Accounting/ Business/ Finance and/or IT

•
Proficient with MS Office and VBA will be advantageous
