How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: Suntec City Tower, Singapore

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 to 4,500 (Negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday



Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Enter financial data into accounting software (MYOB).
Track and process invoices, payments, and expenses.
Follow up on overdue payments from customers and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Perform bank reconciliations by comparing bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Calculate and process employee wages, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Update and maintain the general ledger.
Prepare basic financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements, and provide these reports to management as needed.
Support in gathering and organizing financial data for tax filings.
Prepare and file tax returns and GST returns.
Prepare financial records for external audits and liaise with auditors to address any queries.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/ or ACCA.
Proficiency in using MYOB accounting software.
Comfortable working in a small company environment with a team of 10 employees.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Singaporean tax regulations and GST filing is a plus.
