Role and Responsibilities

  • Review forecast with Tactical Supply planning to drive loading optimization at Subcon.
  • Drive commit process across subcons for full support over the 26 weeks horizons.
  • Manage planning related, quality issues and subcon decommit that has a risk to revenue plan.
  • Coordinate with TSP (supply chain) to rationalize and optimize Forecast and loadings to align with the BC and Minimum loading guideline.
  • Drive for capacity, Raw materials enablement with Subcon/IE to support the loading horizon.
  • Analyze capacity. Die and material constraints in the firm plan process.
  • Responsible in Kitting Goal/ CQ for both HVM and NPI and trouble shoot issues with engineering to enable die fulfillment timely.
  • Accountable on SRD set up on APID /SA to enable readiness at Subcon. • Maintenance of build guidelines in SAP and drive for resolution with engineers for any misalignment on BG.
  • Manage pre-ship process for SSD/Module to meet demand.
  • Support NPI/CBRS for all products.
  • Manage ZVTEST to optimize test capacity at subcon.
  • Ageing inventory management.
  • Responsible on RMA and Remnant Returns.
  • Drive KPI compliance to meet Targets.
  • Handle projects and process improvements programs.
  • Assessment of Subcon service level in Planning and responsiveness for Subcon QBR.

Education

  • Master or Bachelor Degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
  • Engineering – Manufacturing
  • Operations / Supply Chain Management
  • Analytics

  • Proficient with data and analytics
  • Comfortable solving new problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Can adhere to specific weekly tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor value chain
