A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Management Officer like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provides 2nd Level technical support focus electronics, electrical and automation (BESS, EnergetIQ, and etc.) systems and software support, simulations.

  • Fleet monitoring, evaluation of operating data, optimization of systems after commissioning.

  • Office technical support for service technicians within APAC region.

  • Perform risk assessment (RA) for the commissioning scope, attend toolbox meetings.

  • Ensure adherence to QHSE policies.

  • Perform FAT and attend SAT depending on project requirements.

  • To liaise with “Flying Doc” team and provide instruction of works to Engineers/Technicians.

  • To ensure Engineers/Technicians meet the qualifications. To monitor the work execution and check work result with Engineers/Technicians. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during commissioning. Support Engineers/Technicians in improving their work processes.

  • Work with Project Team for day-to-day planning of work during commissioning testing phase, manage schedule, to review progress and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues where necessary & targets of the commissioning as required. To implementation of project specific requirements as a preparatory activity for commissioning with Engineers/Technicians.

  • Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

  • Remote troubleshooting including complex troubleshooting analysis, customer communication,

  • Case Owner to monitoring of CCC tickets and support to APAC countries subsidiaries / distributors / service partners.

  • Troubleshooting and optimization of plant operation to meet customer-specific requirements and technical availability for new and existing plants. (Site if necessary).

  • Documentation of defects and measures as well as recording of data and work carried out using service tools using IT and MS Office tools.

  • Independent development of solutions to technical problems in cooperation with approval from factory’s global service and development team and customers.

  • Occasional business trips for coordination, commissioning and get-to-know-you projects team and customers.

  • Ensuring the quality of the completed installations and acceptance of the equipment with the end customer.

  • Attend to technical enquiries and work with Factory's Global service Level 3 and R&D.

  • Assist and work together with spare parts (both technical and OM) and service sales teams on commercial clarification and spare parts identification together with factory from RRS Berlin and SDE-FN.

  • Advice and support of the service sales and sales organization in service and maintenance issues.

  • Participate and contribute to review various complex commissioning deliverables, analyze the documents, and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process and address these shortfalls with the sales/project team.

  • Technical clarifications for conversions (implementation, modifications, ...) under service information (CiF).

  • Definition and coordination of corrective actions in the field in cooperation with technology and quality.

  • Analyze, ascertain, and perform differentiation that the defects are warrantable or chargeable.

  • To assist trainer (training center) as requested to conduct customer and distributor basic training on products and troubleshooting.

  • Work assigns from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering or related Engineering Disciplines

  • Min. 5 -10 (Engineer 3 to 5) years of related work experience on BESS Equipment. Microgrids

  • Control systems knowledge is a plus.

  • Sound knowledge of measurement, control and regulation technology.

  • Knowledge and good IT user skills. E.g., PC internet /router connection and etc.

  • Possess working experience related to testing of LV / MV / HV (DC Volts) Switchboards and battery systems.

  • Knowledge and understand SS CP5: Code of Practice for Electrical Installations (equivalent to Germany standard accordance with DGUV Rule 103-011 and VDE 0105-100), SS538:

  • Maintenance of Electrical Equipment of Electrical Installations and etc are an advantage.

  • Preferable possess a LEW license.

  • Capable of testing and calibration of BESS Control Panel and on Electrical switchboard and its components, troubleshooting and clear understanding of system specification.
