Job Descriptions:

Handle staff recruitment including sourcing and interview arrangement.
Application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Pass/LOC with MOM.
Handling of government agencies matters such as work pass matters, levy waivers, tax clearance, surveys & claims etc.
Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding.
Create and maintain employee profiles in Payroll system and Personal file.
Staff internal and external training administration including registration and SDF Application according to Training Plan.
Maintaining of staff leave and overtime record.
Preparation of data for payroll administration.
Taking care of staff welfare and recreational activities.
Application and monitoring of WICA cases and insurance claim.
Administration of staff benefits and rewards.
Handling of staff grievances and other ad-hoc human resource issues.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years relevant working experience
