  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Basic up to $2500 + AWS + VB
Monday to Friday ; 8:30am to 5:30pm
Working location at Tuas area (Company transport is provided)
Manufacturing company in harnessing cable

Job scope:

Acknowledge, log, and track customer complaints in SAP, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
Perform inspections, record results, and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR).
Ensure compliance with international cable testing standards and contribute to achieving KPIs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate records.
Operate laboratory test equipment and assist with customer technical inquiries.
Provide general support in QA department activities as assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical) or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in electrical/electronic product testing and qualification
Prior experience with the SAP system is required for this role. Knowledge of cable product testing is a plus
