  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll be doing


Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and inquiries
Provide accurate information on clinic services and assist with billing and insurance details
Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date
Coordinate with clinical staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure the clinic environment remains organised and efficient




What we're looking for


Diploma level
Experience in similar role, preferably in Healthcare organisations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy standards
