Bartender
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including Vietnamese-inspired cocktails, mocktails
Ensure that a high product standard and consistency is maintained at all times
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Engage with customers, and provide excellent service
Monitor and manage beverage inventory, placing orders as needed
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in creating new drink recipes that align with the restaurant’s theme
Front of House Service Crew
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a high standard of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Process payments and manage POS transactions
Assist in setting up tables and restocking service items as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender [Bartender position only]
Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate [Bartender position only]
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality preferred.
Valid SFA Basic Food Hygiene Course certification
Strong command of English language
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work nights
