1) Document assessment: Evaluating driving licences, passports, ID cards, photographs, and employment history of foreign work pass holders seeking to convert their driving licences following the established procedures and guidelines.
2) Customer service: Providing professional and courteous face-to-face service at the counter, answering email queries, guiding applicants through the conversion process, and providing service information to customers.
3) Application processing: Determining whether applications can be accepted and processed or if they need to be rejected and explaining the reasons for rejection politely.
4) Background checks and data entry: Performing necessary background checks and entering data into internal systems to complete transactions.
5) Fee collection: Collecting fees for various services (foreign driving licence conversion fees, traffic fines etc.) using NETS terminals and online systems.
6) Refund processing: To perform refunds when necessary, following the established procedures and guidelines.
7) All other tasks assigned by supervisor (data entry, service ambassador etc.)
