Job Responsibilities

Performs check in /out of the Hotel guests in a timely manner
Assists in maintaining the reception counters neat and clean
Provides updated promotions and room pricing to guests on request
Performs cashiering duties and currency exchange for guests upon request
Ensures all due outs are cleared in a timely manner, and to report any discrepancies to the Club Manager
Liaises with reservations team on all incoming guests /events
Ensures accurate data input for all mandatory information of club guests.
Ensures appropriate credit card authorization is obtained from guests during check in.
Ensures all due outs to travel agencies/ company account are correctly settled and posted
Ensures all cash float, credit card batching and reports are tallied at the end of each shift
Runs F&B operations for Breakfast and Cocktails for Club guests.
Provide concierge duties to guests when the need arises.
Maintenance and housekeeping of the lounge is up kept all the times by liaising with Engineering and Housekeeping Department.



Education & Work Experience

GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level
At least 2 years in a similar position
Team player with a friendly and positive personality
Good knowledge on Opera PMS system
Good grooming standard
Communicate fluently in English
5 days work week
Work on weekends and public holidays
Work day shifts and night shifts
