The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) manages the partnerships formed with each BRS client. The ACE team is the trusted advisor, problem solver and business partner to Aladdin clients. They are the key point of contact and are charged with driving and deepening the relationship over time. ACE is highly focused on understanding the needs and evolving priorities of client organizations and on providing investment process solutions that leverage the capabilities of the entire Aladdin organization.

Purpose & Scope

The ACE team is actively seeking an Associate/Vice President to help manage a set of high profile sophisticated clients in Insurance/Banking industry and Official Institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Co-working with team for the goal of overall client satisfaction and drive expansion of business via analytics contents and portfolio manager (PM) workflows

  • Coordinate projects across multiple internal teams to help clients take full advantage of Aladdin’s capabilities

  • Actively manage Aladdin analytic and PM workflow-related client communications, including releases and enhancements

  • Understand client objectives, investment & trading strategies and market events to effectively manage strategic analytics and PM workflow projects

  • Assist Aladdin Implementation Managers onboard clients to the Aladdin platform

  • Influence the strategic enhancement of our analytics and investment tool platform

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience and knowledge in a specific area with financial technology, quantitative research, financial modeling, investment analysis, risk management on broad portfolio level such as equity, fixed income, securitized and alternatives.

  • Experiences or knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio management, or risk management in our client industries (e.g., life/PnC insurance, banking, pension fund).

  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.

  • Native level business Asian language skills (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai, etc.) as well as business level English language skill.

  • Passion and curiosity to learn wide range knowledge continuously.

  • Keen client-focused spirit and team player.

  • CFA/FRM designation or progress towards CFA/FRM designation is preferred.

  • Strong technology skills including SQL / programming is preferred.

  • Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary global team
