Job Responsibilities:



Full Set Accounting: Responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions, utilizing the Xero system.
Corporate Tax: Perform corporate tax computations in accordance with local regulations.
GST Submission: Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure accurate reporting.
Accounting Functions: Maintain and manage a broad range of accounting tasks within the Xero system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Payroll & Claims: Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF submission, and staff claims, ensuring timely and correct execution.
HR Management: Utilize QuickHR for employee contract management, leave recording, and overall HR system operations.
Accounts Receivable: Follow up on outstanding customer payments to ensure timely collection and resolve any payment issues.
Cashflow & Bank Reconciliation: Monitor cash flow, perform regular bank statement reconciliations, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Data Entry: Perform accurate and efficient data entry into the accounting system to maintain up-to-date records.
Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices comply with relevant accounting standards and legal regulations.
Document Management: Organize, maintain, and file finance-related documents in a systematic manner.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock inventories, resolve discrepancies, and ensure inventory records are accurate.
Month-end Closing: Perform month-end closing procedures to prepare financial reports within the established timelines.



Requirements:

A certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent

Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.

At least 1 or two years of relevant experience.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

️ Previous work experience in Singapore is required.
