Responsibilities

Coordinating and executing event staffing operations and ensuring high standard of service
Provide operations and logistics support for community facilities and programmes.
Responsible for being primary contact to promoters and liaising with stakeholders to deliver events in the venue.
Support event day operations functions such as to ensure the right number and right selection of casual staff are recruited for event. Also to ensure right deployment of the staff to the appropriate sectors
Organise logistics required to support casual staff on event days
Coordinate with key stakeholders on implementation of venue security measures.
Provide administrative and operational support to the operations team.
