Job Description
Assist in leading and motivating staff to achieve maximum results in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds set targets.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to implement and execute local store marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock replenishment is timely and that the return cycle is properly managed in accordance with company policies.
Continuously improve existing work procedures and operations, ensuring that all paperwork and documentation handling is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
Take charge of and provide necessary supervision during stocktaking and random count exercises, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Manage and oversee key daily store operations
Oversee and manage the branch's manpower
Perform any other duties as assigned by the ROMs.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in retail management
