  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Provide advice on vehicle maintenance.

Service Consultation and coordination

  • Schedule service appointments and oversee the service workflow.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
  • Review the service and repairs completed with the customer.

Administration

  • Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services.
  • Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle repair and accident claims
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high level of customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Valid driver's license
