Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily task is as follows:
Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
Using Consulting sell techniques to increase store sales
Promote brand loyalty programs, Flexi-Plan and services
Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Working with cash registers and processing payments
Ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to and stocks are replenished and displayed at all times
Participating in stock-take
Any other duties assigned by your superior.
