We are seeking a hands-on & customer facing talent to be part of our catering team and below are the summary of task the talent has to take on

  • Hands-on direct catering operations on the ground from delivering, setting up and engaging with customer

  • Service quality checks with the on-site team and also gather customer feedback for improvement

  • Service recovery during live operation (eg. resolve incident happen on site)

  • Provide catering delivery support for other network of caterers
