Job Scope:
Acknowledge, track, and update customer complaints in system.
Provide timely updates to customers and close complaints after resolution. Summarize monthly complaint reports.
Conduct inspections on incoming materials as needed and record results in system.
Track corrective actions with suppliers to ensure resolution.
Ensure adherence testing standards and procedures. Support company KPIs by maintaining quality assurance in all tasks.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address and resolve complaints effectively.
Assist with technical inquiries, including product test reports, RoHS, REACH, and CE compliance.
Operate test equipment when required for complaint validation.
Maintain and manage quality assurance records.
Support other QA-related activities and assist colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
