  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Why You'll Love This Role:


Salary: $22- $28 per hour
Locations: Stadium near Kallang (nearest MRT Stadium)
Work Schedule: 4.30pm - 11.00pm (Soccer events on weekdays or Concerts on weekends)



What You'll Do:

Ensure the Concierge team adheres to event briefings, suite manifest commentary, and operational processes.
Manage and assign the Concierge team according to the suite hirer’s profile, including VIP clients.
Oversee the execution of the fire evacuation plan during events.
Deploy medical first aiders hired by KASM and ensure their equipment is properly positioned.
Oversee F&B service delivery and maintain communication with the on-site catering supervisor.
Manage feedback forms submitted by patrons to help KASM achieve desired feedback levels.
