Perform Administrative and Product support duties relating to the IoT business.
Make an Impact by:
- Responsible for all administrative work within the team to cover IoT product portfolio
- Responsible for all admin functions such as vendor contract creation, working with procurement and finance on vendor matters, vendor and partner billing and settlements.
- Assist and support all activities relating to procurement, coordination with various teams such as Procurement, IT etc.
- Assist the business planning team with information relating to budgets and finance
- Assist in arranging and coordinating team events, meetings etc
- Support in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or any other process improvement projects.
- Insert additional rows, if required
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- Working knowledge of processes relating to budgeting and reporting.
- Working knowledge of using various productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools.
