  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to manage and coordinate the design and documentation of exciting architectural projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in architecture to gain hands-on experience in BIM and digital design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the integration of design models across multiple disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Develop and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and refine design documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of design outputs.
  • Assist in resolving design conflicts through model analysis and coordination meetings.
  • Support the implementation of BIM workflows and provide training or guidance to team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and software tools to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape).
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and technical detailing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: $3,243.00 - $5,300.00 per month
