* Attend to patients’ care needs in their activities of living, such as personal hygiene, bathing, feeding, lifting, transportation and toileting.
* Take, record and report vital sign. (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
* Observe general condition of patients.
* Assist nurses and comply with practices while attending to patients.
* Maintain tidiness of ward, equipment and trolley at all times or assigned.
