Manage 30-60 incoming calls daily, with mailbox inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective follow-ups.
Address escalations and complaints professionally through service recovery calls to deliver positive outcomes.
Contribute to raising service standards and quality through feedback and improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Singaporean, with a minimum qualification of a Diploma or A-Levels.
Experience in call centers, direct sales, or customer-facing roles .
Strong skills in handling escalations and de-escalating complaints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
