Job highlights
5-day 44 hours work week
2 off days/week
Split Shift per work day ( 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 11pm)
Job Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients as instructed by senior chefs
Ensure all mise en place is ready for service.
Cooking Duties:
Execute basic cooking tasks under supervision, such as grilling, frying, or assembling dishes.
Prepare and plate dishes following the restaurant's standards and guidelines.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized.
Support for Senior Chefs:
Provide assistance to chefs de partie and other senior team members during service.
Handle tasks delegated by senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Learning and Development:
Continuously improve cooking skills and knowledge of culinary techniques and menu items.
Be open to feedback and actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Communicate effectively to address any challenges during operations.
