Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input client information, loan applications, and supporting documents into company databases or CRM systems.
Document Management: Organize, review, and verify the completeness and accuracy of client documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and lending requirements.
Administrative Support: Assist loan brokers with scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and other clerical tasks as needed.
File Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and organized electronic and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval of records.
Communication: Coordinate with clients and team members to gather missing information or clarify details.
Compliance: Ensure all data and processes meet regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Reporting: Generate reports on loan application status, client activity, and other key metrics for management review.
