Required to work on weekend and public holidays
Split Shift per work day ( 10am - 3pm, 6pm - 10pm)
Job Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage opening and closing processes, including cash handling
Team Supervision
Train, mentor, and schedule staff for smooth service.
Address employee performance and resolve team issue
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Monitor dining areas to maintain service quality.
Inventory and Financials
Manage inventory, control costs, and track sales.
Prepare reports and assist with budget management.
Job requirements
Proven experience in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Familiarity with inventory and financial management.
