  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Role Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet visitors enthusiastically and provide information about available adventure activities.Assist customers with the registration process and answer inquiries regarding pricing, equipment, and safety guidelines.

Activity Coordination:

Manage the check-in process for adventure activities, ensuring all participants are properly registered.

Equipment Management:

Issue and collect adventure equipment, ensuring proper fit and adherence to safety standards.Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is in good condition and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Safety Briefings:

Conduct safety briefings for participants, highlighting key safety guidelines and procedures.Address any participant questions or concerns regarding safety.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the visitor experience.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Cash Handling:

Process payments for adventure activities accurately using the center's payment system.Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.

Environmental Stewardship:

Promote environmental awareness and responsible behavior among visitors.Encourage adherence to Leave No Trace principles and center policies.

Skills and Competencies

Primary/Secondary School/Pre-U/College/Professional Certificate

Part-time positions available. Option to convert to Full-time.
