We are seeking a dynamic, numerically skilled, and client-focused Business Developer with strong financial modeling capabilities and experience in contract and tender negotiations to join their innovative team.

Role Summary:

The Business Developer will play a pivotal role in bridging technical teams and clients, driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring successful client engagement.

This is a highly collaborative position requiring strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a keen sense of financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in the floating LNG solutions sector.

• Perform detailed financial modeling and analysis to support project evaluation, pricing strategies, and business case development.

• Lead and participate in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and tenders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

• Act as the liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

• Provide regular project updates, manage timelines, and oversee project milestones to ensure timely delivery.

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting both technical discussions and commercial engagements.

• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, project management, or a similar role within the LNG, FSRU, or Gas sector.

• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data.

• Demonstrated experience in contract and tender negotiation.

• Exposure to client engagement, including shadowing senior colleagues in negotiations or project discussions.

• Numeracy and strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of profit and loss dynamics.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in LNG or FSRU sectors.

• Familiarity with floating LNG solutions and low-carbon energy initiatives.

Travel Requirement:

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time for business development activities and client engagements.
