Job Description
• Identify and research potential clients to expand clientele base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop business strategy plan for lead generation.
• Gather useful information from customer.
• Arrange business meetings with prospects.
• Work closely with the team throughout the sales cycle, even after deal is closed.
• Keep track of submission date and ensure that items for submission are produced on time.
• Create customized presentations and proposal for each prospect.
• Present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare sales and marketing material.
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline.
• Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met.
• Conduct ongoing market research and trend analysis.
Job Qualification and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in business or equivalent experience in business development.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably sales technique in a commercial office interior design firm, or equivalent
• Experience with B2B sales cycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Team orientated
• Good listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills
