Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Ensure that products are displayed prominently and attractively in line with company guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels, and stock shelves, and manage replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

• Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze sales performance data and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional activities and product launches.

• Educate store staff on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to drive engagement and sales.

• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and maintain a clean, organized display area.

• Report on merchandising activities, sales performance, and market insights to management.

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience in merchandising, sales, or retail is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to travel to multiple store locations as required.
