Key Responsibilities:
Support the Event Manager in preparing detailed event proposals and managing email communications with hosts and clients
Oversee and manage operational schedules for Event Servers
Supervise event set-up, tear-down, and post-event follow-ups
Coordinate with building management, venue teams, logistics providers, and vendors
Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients
Track and manage inventory, vendor lists, and associated costs
Source and present vendor quotations to clients based on event needs
Assist the Event Manager in conducting feedbacks
Train new hires and provide daily supervision of Event Servers
Address guest and client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Engage with guests to uphold excellent food and beverage service standards
Key Requirements:
Minimum GCE "O" Levels
3-5 years of experience in event planning
Food handling certification is an advantage
Proven ability to manage complex projects, including logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
