Job Duties:
Assist in preparing ingredients for doughs production, including measuring, mixing and scaling.
Operate and maintain mixing equipment under the supervision of senior staff.
Learn and follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality.
Monitor dough fermentation and make adjustment as necessary to maintain product standard.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the mixing area and equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure safe working environment.
Job Requirements:
SINGAPOREANS ONLY
Prior experience as a Baker is a plus but not mandatory.
No experience applicants are also welcome to apply (Training will be provided).
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 20kg and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Able to follow the 4days 1off work cycle.
Able to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
