Pet Groomer:
• Perform grooming services including, bathing, brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning
• Assess pets' grooming needs and recommend appropriate services
• Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the grooming area and tools
• Communicate effectively with the pet owners about grooming procedures and aftercare
• Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owner
• Possess a strong sense of teamwork
Store Assistant:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
Provide guidance on pet products, including food, toys, and accessories
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Educate customers on pet care and responsibilities ownership practices
Posses a strong sense of team work to achieve sales goals and enhance customer service
Job requirements:
Previous experience in pet grooming preferred
Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming needs
Strong interpersonal skills and a LOVE for animal
Ability to handle pets safely and confidently
Certification from a recognised grooming school is a plus
Previous retail experience preferred, especially in pet care or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine LOVE for animals and a commitment to their well-being
Working shifts: 10am - 7pm or 12.30pm to 930pm (5 days work week including weekends)
Working location: One Holland
