  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Opportunity: Part-Time Receptionist
Location: Nearest MRT: Queenstown/Pasir Panjang (Need to take bus)
Duration: 6 to 12 months (Extendable)
Salary: Pro-rated based on $2500/month (Estimated $23-26/hour)
Expected Start: February/March 2025

We are seeking 2 part-time receptionists to join the team at DXC Technology's Singapore site. This is a long-term contract role, ideal for individuals who are looking for stability and the opportunity to extend their contract.

Working Hours:

Monday, Tuesday & Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Responsibilities:

Handle front desk calls and enquiries
Address direct reception inquiries
Conduct office inspections
Collect mail and manage courier arrangements
Handle locker requests
Manage visitor registration records

Requirements:

Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and efficiently
Available for a long-term contract
