Location: East
Working days: 4 work days, 2 off days (Rostered shift)
Responsibilities:
Perform sentencing and assignment of work-scope based on parts condition; complete dimensional record sheets and inspection reports
Raise unserviceable reports for non-repairable parts and conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality, marking defects for repair according to the manual requirements
Conduct final inspections to verify parts are in acceptable condition, confirming correct part numbers and completed work scopes
Ensure calibration of all tooling and measuring equipment within expiry dates and in proper working condition
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and cell personnel to address quality standards and issues
Support daily production targets, participate in quality improvement projects, and assist with on-the-job training for new employees.
Contribute to process excellence initiatives and ensure compliance with EH&S procedures, reporting unsafe conditions and attending required training
Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leaders/Head
Requirements:
NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Strong communication skills
