Looking for at least 3-4 days a week commitment, including one weekend.

Additional Benefits:


Transport home provided for shifts ending after 12 midnight.
Attire fully provided; candidates only need to bring white sneaker shoe.


Summary of Responsibilities:

As a Hotel Restaurant Service Crew member, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities include:


Assisting Backend Kitchen staff.
Warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and bidding them a gracious farewell.
Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to established service standards.
Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all food preparation and service areas to uphold a hygienic environment.
Assisting with various tasks or duties to support the overall success of event operations.
Setting up tables and chairs according to the planned event layout and guest count.


Qualifications:


Prior experience in food and beverage service, especially in banquet settings, is an advantage but not required.
A strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Proficiency in reading and speaking English fluently.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Proactive and attentive during service hours, with the ability to follow directions from the team lead.
A calm and patient demeanor, especially in fast-paced environments.
Open to working with friends (referrals welcome).
