Job scope:
1. Business Development
• Identify and target potential clients such as residential, commercial buildings, offices, schools, retail establishments, and industrial properties (both existing and new developments).
• Develop sales strategies to increase the company’s market share.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build partnerships with property managers, facility managers, or other stakeholders.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored cleaning solutions.
• Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Upsell additional services, such as deep cleaning, disinfection, or pest control.
4. Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and reports.
• Prepare weekly or monthly sales performance updates for management review.
• Collaborate with the audit and operations team to ensure smooth execution of cleaning contracts.
5. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the HR, Audit and operations team to schedule and manage cleaning projects.
• Communicate client feedback to relevant teams to improve service quality.
6. Service Knowledge
• Stay informed about the company’s cleaning services, products, and digital and eco-friendly solutions.
• Provide clients with detailed explanations of the benefits and features of the company’s services.
7. Compliance and Standards
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
• Promote workplace safety and sustainability practices when discussing cleaning solutions.
