Senior Executive, Business Operations
Established as a partnership between Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the National Healthcare Group (NHG), the Asian Centre for Health Behavioural Insights & Interventions (HABITS) aims to improve population health through multidisciplinary and translational research to support interventions, policy and programmes; strengthen national capabilities through the integration of translational research into health intervention processes; and increase Singapore’s regional and international profile as a centre of excellence for health behavioural sciences. This centre seeks a candidate for Senior Executive, to support the centre’s administration. The Senior Executive will work alongside the Centre Directors in supporting the operations of the research centre, including managing procurement, budgets, and logistics, as well as the organisation of meetings, events and conferences. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with strong organisational skills, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, including the scheduling and documentation of meetings, maintaining records of budgets, expenses, resources, etc.
- Assist in organising seminars, workshops and events, including the booking of venues and management of event logistics
- Support the centre’s researchers with applications, reports and other document requirements
- Manage projects, ensuring smooth and timely deliverables across stakeholders
- Manage the research centre’s digital brand assets, including websites, blogs and social media
- Act as a first point of contact for general enquiries
- Undertake any additional duties as required by the research centre’s Directors
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in public health, health communication, psychology or business
- Strong administrative and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with managing budgets, expenses, events and logistics.
- Demonstrated skills in managing websites, blogs, social media and communication materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
