Description
We are hiring a Corporate IT Engineer to provide technical support for desktop systems, networks, and applications. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with endpoint security policies.
- Manage and resolve tickets using ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setups and hardware preparation.
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and networking basics.
- Experience with ITSM tools and remote support platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer service focus.
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundation.
