Job Description

We are seeking specialist to fill in the role of a Logistics Admin for waterproofing construction projects in Singapore. The successful applicant's primary responsibility is order processing, coordinate shipping requirements, manage stakeholder enquiries and stock inventory of the company. He / She will work closely with the customers, logistics partners, along with the company's Sales and Technical team. The successful applicant will be working at our Singapore office hub and will:

1.Coordinate and receive bookings and shipping instructions from customers and overseas agents.

2.Negotiate and secure competitive freight charges for all shipments.

3.Plan and manage the shipping schedule to ensure seamless operations.

4.Collaborate closely with the supply chain team and forwarders to ensure timely execution of shipments.

5.Prepare sales and shipping documents.

6.Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status and handle enquiries related to shipment movements and arrangements.

7.Review and verify the accuracy of invoices from freight forwarders and ensure proper payment arrangements.

8.Advise and provide freight cost information to the sales department.

9.Maintain organized records of shipping correspondence and documentation.

10.Maintain and update the inventory list, overseeing write-offs / credit notes when necessary.

11.Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.

Qualifications Required:

1.Minimum qualification of "O Level," Diploma, or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related experience.

2.At least 2 years of relevant work experience on various freight forwarding tasks, DG import / export and stock management.

3.Must have have a very good command of both written and spoken English.

4.Solid understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures.

5.Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and business operations enablers.

6.Ability to work both independently and across multiple time zones.

7.Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

8.Willing to support ad hoc tasks as may be required from time to time.
