Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure all safety, health, environmental, and welfare measures align with statutory obligations.
Implement and monitor safety measures as per the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
Liaise with stakeholders and consultants to achieve seamless project coordination.
Attend daily toolbox briefings, conduct regular site safety inspections, and provide actionable reports with follow-ups on corrective measures.
Identify and address training or certification needs to meet HSE and regulatory standards.
Gain a deep understanding of risks and control measures associated with project activities.
Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, documenting findings and lessons learned.

What You Bring:

At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years working with developers or main contractors.
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM, practicing for at least 5 years.
Proven experience in developing Risk Management Implementation Plans (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
Able to pass internal security checks conducted by the Singapore Government.
Class 3 Driving License (valid in Singapore).
