Job Scope:
Plan and assign tasks, including overtime management, to optimize manpower productivity.
Support daily warehouse operations to ensure timely inbound and outbound order fulfillment.
Manage storage space and capacity for efficient inventory organization.
Conduct inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy and resolve WMS discrepancies.
Prepare required documentation to meet business and customer needs.
Ensure workplace safety compliance by identifying hazards and improving procedures.
Submit weekly reports, investigate discrepancies, and adjust stock levels as needed.
Lead a team of 15 members, ensuring effective operations and teamwork.
