  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join the Ocean Freight team. If you have experience in freight forwarding and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate sea export shipments.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation (HB/L, MBL, manifests, pre-alerts).
Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and transport teams for smooth operations.
Handle customs declarations and TradeNet operations.
Monitor costs, timelines, and service quality to meet customer expectations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve shipment issues.
Ensure accurate billing and timely collection of charges.
Work closely with overseas offices and warehouses on cargo discrepancies.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification.
Knowledge of freight forwarding and import/export procedures.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
