Purpose & Scope
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to support the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for our business units and assets. This role will focus on driving engagement across B2B and B2C audiences, fostering customer loyalty, developing communication materials, and managing content across digital, print, and on-site platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a collaborative approach to aligning marketing efforts with business objectives. Experience in the energy or renewables sector, event planning, and proficiency with marketing automation tools are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for business units and owned assets.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance outreach and engagement across B2B and B2C segments.
- Execute marketing strategies aimed at lead generation, customer retention, and loyalty enhancement.
- Assist in the creation of communication materials to support customer acquisition and renewal efforts.
- Plan and execute marketing-related events, engaging key stakeholders such as customers, contractors, business partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure all messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and regularly update marketing content across various platforms, including digital assets, print materials, and on-site facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all channels and touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging digital channels such as social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in developing compelling communication materials and creative briefs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results effectively within deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaigns and assess performance.
- Flexibility to manage ad-hoc tasks, adapt to evolving market conditions, and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Experience in sales or business development within the energy or renewables sector.
- Proactive, positive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proven track record of working successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in planning, managing, and coordinating events or roadshows.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Adaptability to a dynamic business environment with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with content or customer management systems.
