Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the development of the gas & related services corporate strategy, working closely with senior leaders to define strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities for the market.
- Strategy Communications: Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership or external stakeholders, providing insights and updates on the company's strategic performance.
- Business Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Sustainability/Operational Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with regional and group departments for tracking and reporting sustainability indicators which includes a non-exhaustive list that includes: Carbon, Sustainability Indices parameters, Community Investments, Volunteering, Operational Capacity
- Corporate Affairs: Contribute to general duties as and when necessary for any scope within Marketing, Internal Communications, Media Communications and Corporate Planning for the market.
- Special Projects: Develop and implement ad-hoc strategic initiatives and action plans to drive business performance and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or any relevant course.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Photoshop and Canva skillsets not a must but will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data and information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Competence in delivering presentations.
- Available for global business travel when called upon.
