JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Safely operate a Class 3 vehicle (e.g., light truck, van) to deliver goods to designated locations within Singapore.

  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries..

  • Assist with loading and unloading goods, ensuring items are securely placed in the vehicle to avoid damage during transit.

  • Perform daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

  • Report any mechanical issues or vehicle damage to the supervisor for timely repair.

  • Keep the vehicle clean and ensure it is properly maintained, including basic checks like tire pressure and oil levels.

  • Report any delays, traffic incidents, or delivery issues to the supervisor immediately.

  • Adhere to all traffic and safety laws, ensuring safe driving at all times.

  • Follow company policies and procedures for vehicle operation and cargo handling.

  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers when delivering goods.

  • Address customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process, ensuring satisfaction.
